Crisis management

Crisis management is a system of measures, which includes the prevention of emergencies, the preparation for emergencies, solutions to emergencies and the mitigation of their consequences and also the performance of restoration work.

The main crisis management activities include:

● Organization of activities related to crisis management at rescue service agencies
● Counseling of county and local governments in the field of crisis management
● International crisis management and development of the Estonian Disaster Relief Team
● Development of an early warning system.
