International crisis management
Co-operation between other countries and international organizations also plays an important role in developing crisis management. This is primarily due to the scale of major emergencies where an emergency can affect more than one country. Examples include oil spills, forest fires or flooding.
Another option is that one country does not have enough opportunities and resources to deal with a particular emergency on its own. In this case, it is imperative to have prompt and effective cooperation with both the neighboring countries and international organizations.
